What makes Overcome Therapy different?
one:
Individualized Treatment
You have unique needs and experiences, and your treatment approach should reflect that.
Individualized treatment means tailored interventions to your specific needs and preferences. We take into account your background, culture, and personal experiences to create a customized plan that will work best for you. This approach allows us to address the specific challenges that you’re facing, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
two:
Homework
In addition to individualized treatment, we also use homework plans to help you apply what you learn in therapy to your daily life.
These plans help you practice new skills and strategies outside of therapy sessions. Homework plans are an essential part of the therapy process, as they provide opportunities for you to practice new behaviors and reinforce positive changes.
Simply put, individualized treatment and homework plans lead to better outcomes.
three:
Data
We will monitor your progress in therapy using data to ensure that your time, money, and energy are being invested well.
You’ll also provide regular feedback to about how the sessions are going. This allows us to protect and strengthen the relationship while also empowering better therapy.
four:
Length of Therapy
The majority of people experience significant improvements in just 4 to 6 sessions. And, most people have achieved their therapy goals in only 3 to 6 months. This is a fraction of the time most individuals spend in therapy, saving you time, money, and energy.
five:
Technology
We will use Google Drive to collaborate on a variety of tools and techniques that you’ll take with you for the rest of your life. These include relationship journals, daily mood logs, decision-making forms, and much more.
We’re working on AI powered tools, such as an effective communication trainer, to further enhance your therapy experience.
Finally moving forward on my own two feet, courtesy of my exceptionally skilled therapist, Jay. I can't thank you enough for all he has done to help me help myself, and I will never forget him. I wish you all the best!!!
