The majority of people experience significant improvements in just 4 to 6 sessions. And, most people have achieved their therapy goals in only 3 to 6 months. This is a fraction of the time most individuals spend in therapy, saving you time, money, and energy.

We will use Google Drive to collaborate on a variety of tools and techniques that you’ll take with you for the rest of your life. These include relationship journals, daily mood logs, decision-making forms, and much more.

We’re working on AI powered tools, such as an effective communication trainer, to further enhance your therapy experience.

  • You can pay with cash or use insurance. We make paying for sessions a breeze. We’ll go into more detail about this when you book a free consultation call.

  • Yes! In Virginia and Florida, all major insurances are accepted and most minor.

  • Yes! However, you will not be able to use your insurance's in-network benefits. You may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Most people complete therapy within 3 to 6 months. But, it's totally okay if it takes longer!

  • Not at this time. However, we do help individuals improve their relationships with powerful interpersonal tools and techniques.

  • Probably! Most mental health issues are interrelated. Meaning, if you’re suffering with trauma and PTSD related issues, you’re probably struggling with depression and relationship issues. So, reach out and ask. If we can’t help you, we’ll point you to someone who can.
